This policy outlines our commitment to compliance with state and federal employment laws, transparency in recruitment processes, and our dedication to delivering exceptional recruitment services to clients and candidates.

Scope

This policy applies to all direct hire recruitment activities conducted by MAYOCLINICAL Quality Healthcare Solutions, LLC, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into permanent positions with our clients.

Licensing and Compliance

As a licensed direct hire agency in the state of New Jersey, we adhere to all state regulations governing employment agencies. We comply with the New Jersey Employment Agency Act (N.J.S.A. 34:8-43 et seq.) and the rules set by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs regarding job placement, fee structures, and recruitment practices.

Recruitment Process

1. Client Needs Assessment: We collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs, including job qualifications, company culture, and position requirements.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Our recruitment process includes advertising job openings, networking, and using proprietary databases to find qualified candidates.

3. Interviewing and Screening: We conduct thorough interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the client’s requirements and expectations.

4. Job Placement: Once a candidate is selected, we assist with the offer negotiation process and facilitate the transition to ensure a smooth placement.

Fees and Compensation

• Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, typically ranging between 20% and [insert percentage 30%. Specific terms will be agreed upon in advance with each client.

• Clients are billed after the candidate has been successfully placed in a full-time position.

MAYOCLINICAL Healthcare Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”) provides temporary hire services and contract staffing solutions to healthcare organizations, clinical research sites, and other medical entities. This policy governs the terms under which our services are offered, ensuring compliance, fairness, and efficiency for both employers and candidates.

2. Scope of Services

Our staffing solutions include, but are not limited to:

• Temporary Staffing Placements: Short-term healthcare staffing solutions to meet facility needs.

• Contract Staffing Placements: Fixed-term healthcare staffing solutions, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months, providing skilled professionals for specialized roles.

• Contract-to-Hire: Temporary contracts with the potential for permanent employment.

• Direct Placement: Recruitment and hiring of qualified candidates for long-term positions.

• Locum Tenens & Per Diem Staffing: On-demand healthcare professional assignments.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers engaging with our staffing services must:

• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and work conditions.

• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with state and federal labor laws.

• Adhere to agreed-upon payment terms and contractual obligations.

• Not engage in direct hiring of a candidate placed through MAYOCLINICAL Healthcare Solutions, LLC within [X] months of initial placement without prior agreement.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates seeking placement through our services must:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date credentials, licensing, and employment history.

• Comply with workplace policies and professional conduct expectations.

• Report to assigned duties as scheduled and notify of any changes in availability.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

For employer clients:

• Temporary Staffing Placements: Fees are charged hourly or per shift based on the agreed-upon rate.

• Contract Staffing Placements: Fees are charged based on a fixed contract rate for the duration of the assignment, which may be weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on the agreed terms.

• Direct Hire Placement Fee: A percentage of the candidate’s annual salary is due upon hire.

• Conversion Fees: If a temporary worker transitions to a permanent role, an additional placement fee may apply.

• Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 5 days of receipt. Late payments may incur penalties.

For candidates:

• There are no fees for candidates to apply or be placed in positions.

6. Compliance & Legal Requirements

MayoClinical Healthcare Solutions, LLC complies with all applicable labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, and industry-specific hiring requirements. Employers and candidates must adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements.

7. Non-Solicitation & Confidentiality

All parties agree not to solicit, hire, or contract with candidates or clients introduced through our services without prior consent for a period of 18 months following initial contact.

8. Termination & Cancellation

• Either party may terminate a staffing agreement with 14 days' notice unless otherwise specified in the contract.

• If a candidate or employer breaches this policy, services may be terminated immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

MAYOCLINICAL Healthcare Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any employment-related disputes, including but not limited to workplace conditions, compensation, or termination decisions made by employers.

10. Amendments & Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. Clients and candidates will be notified of significant changes.
