  • Direct Hire Placement Fee: A percentage of the candidate’s annual salary is due upon hire.

  • Conversion Fees: If a temporary worker transitions to a permanent role, an additional placement fee may apply.

  • Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 5 days of receipt. Late payments may incur penalties.

For candidates:

  • There are no fees for candidates to apply or be placed in positions.

7. Non-Solicitation & Confidentiality

8. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate a staffing agreement with 14 days' notice unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  • If a candidate or employer breaches this policy, services may be terminated immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

MAYOCLINICAL Healthcare Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any employment-related disputes, including but not limited to workplace conditions, compensation, or termination decisions made by employers.
